By accessing or using Suuq Somali (the "Platform"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform. Suuq Somali is operated by Dage Digitals Portal (Licence No. 1632400).
2. What Suuq Somali is
Suuq Somali is an online directory that helps people discover Somali-owned businesses in the UAE. We are not a party to any transaction between you and a listed business. We do not sell, supply, or guarantee any goods or services that businesses advertise, and we are not responsible for their quality, safety, legality, or pricing.
3. Business listings
Business owners are responsible for the accuracy of the information in their listing. We offer free and paid (sponsored or featured) listings. We may review, edit, decline, suspend, or remove any listing at our discretion — for example if information is inaccurate, misleading, unlawful, or violates these terms. Inclusion in the directory is not an endorsement.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the Platform. This includes posting false, misleading, or unlawful content; impersonating others; infringing intellectual property; attempting to disrupt or gain unauthorised access to the Platform; scraping or harvesting data; or using the Platform for spam or harassment.
5. Reviews and user content
Reviews and other content you submit must be honest, your own, and lawful. We moderate reviews before they are published and may decline or remove content that is fake, abusive, defamatory, or irrelevant. By submitting content you grant us a non-exclusive licence to display it on the Platform. You remain responsible for what you post.
6. Disclaimers and liability
The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Dage Digitals Portal is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of the Platform, your dealings with any listed business, or reliance on any listing or content. Always verify details directly with the business before transacting.
7. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The latest version will always be available on this page with the "last updated" date. Continued use of the Platform after changes means you accept the updated terms.
